  1. Definitions

Affiliate: A partner who promotes offers provided by TrafBid.

Advertiser: A business or individual providing offers, campaigns, or services through TrafBid.

Network: The TrafBid performance marketing platform.

Offer: A campaign or program provided by advertisers to affiliates.

User: Any individual or entity using the TrafBid platform.

  1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use TrafBid.

You must provide accurate and complete registration information.

TrafBid reserves the right to approve, deny, or terminate any account at our sole discretion.

  1. User Obligations

By using our platform, you agree to:

Comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and advertising guidelines (including GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and UK regulations).

Provide truthful, accurate information when registering and during account activity.

Maintain the confidentiality of your account login credentials.

Accept full responsibility for all activities under your account.

  1. Affiliate Terms

Affiliates agree to:

Promote offers only through approved traffic sources and methods.

Avoid prohibited activities such as spam, incentivized clicks, misleading ads, malware distribution, or trademark infringement.

Use TrafBid’s tracking links and tools correctly.

Follow each advertiser’s campaign-specific rules.

Failure to comply may result in account suspension, withholding of commissions, or permanent termination.

  1. Advertiser Terms

Advertisers agree to:

Provide accurate and up-to-date campaign details, creatives, and tracking links.

Ensure offers comply with all applicable laws and do not involve illegal, fraudulent, or misleading content.

Pay TrafBid invoices and fees on time, as per agreed payment terms.

Accept responsibility for all disputes, refunds, or compliance issues relating to their offers.

  1. Payments

Affiliates will be paid according to TrafBid’s standard payout schedule (e.g., NET30, NET15, or as agreed).

Minimum payout threshold applies.

Payments are made via supported payment methods only.

TrafBid reserves the right to withhold or adjust payments in cases of fraud, chargebacks, or advertiser non-payment.

  1. Prohibited Activities

Users may not engage in the following:

Fraudulent clicks, fake leads, or automated traffic.

Using bots, cloaking, or deceptive redirection.

Misleading consumers with false claims.

Violating the intellectual property rights of TrafBid or third parties.

Engaging in illegal activities, including gambling where prohibited.

  1. Intellectual Property

All TrafBid technology, branding, and content are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, distribute, or modify our platform without written consent.

Advertiser-provided creatives remain their property but may be used by affiliates as authorized.

  1. Confidentiality

Affiliates and advertisers must treat TrafBid’s business information, offers, and campaign data as strictly confidential.

Sharing or misusing confidential information is strictly prohibited.

  1. Disclaimer of Warranties

TrafBid provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no guarantees that:

The platform will be error-free or uninterrupted.

Campaign results, ROI, or performance will meet expectations.

Third-party services will always be reliable.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

TrafBid shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Our total liability shall not exceed the total amount paid to you (or by you) in the last 3 months.

  1. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement at any time with written notice.

TrafBid may suspend or terminate accounts for policy violations, fraud, or non-compliance.

Upon termination, unpaid but valid commissions will be paid (unless withheld for fraud or advertiser non-payment).

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved under the jurisdiction of UK courts.

  1. Changes to Terms

TrafBid may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted with a “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the platform means you accept the changes.
